Obituary

Timothy Patrick Sheehan 67, devoted husband, loving father to three daughters and proud Papa departed this world on November 4th, 2021, peacefully and comfortable at home surrounded by his loving family.

Timothy was born on April 13th, 1954, in Salem, MA. Many years of his childhood were spent

moving to various cities in the US. with his parents and older brother Dana Sheehan.

In 1968 Timothy moved to Rockford, Illinois.  Shortly after, he met the love of his life Beverly Tucker. They were married June 25th, 1977; for 44 beautiful years while raising their three daughters. Timothy was a devoted and loving husband above all to his wife. Their honeymoon to the Outer Banks North Carolina started many memories to come.

Summer vacations with family took place at the No Egrets beach house in the Outer Banks, NC. This was a special place held dear to him and the family. He shared the love of the ocean with his daughters and grandkids. Watching the “meatball” rise above the sea was his favorite and was always a special time spent together. The memories created here will last a lifetime.

Some of the best times of Tim’s life were spent with his brother and cousins. Tim always had the best stories and memories to share when it came to the Sheehan/ Peters Clan. He would laugh with tears while telling these stories. The love Tim had for this group was so precious. Anytime spent with the cousins throughout life brought him pure joy and happiness

Tim always enjoyed talking about the year he spent a year in Paris with his mom and dad. His lifelong love and passion for cooking developed while in Paris. He carried those great skills throughout his life. Tim loved cooking for his family as much as possible.  He cooked everything with love and great patience, making it all look so easy. He always looked forward to planning his menu for Sunday Football. He had an outstanding love and appreciation for sports, being an avid Chicago White Sox and Chicago Bears fan.

Timothy worked for Bearing Headquarters as an industrial salesman for 27 years. Retiring in 2010.

His retirement was spent traveling with his wife whenever possible. Most importantly Timothy was a dedicated and loving family man. His family was always his top priority in life. Tim was most proud of his grandkids; watching them grow up filled him with such happiness. They gave him the hope and strength to keep going during his hardest days. Any time spent with his grandkids was cherished.

Timothy will be remembered for sense of humor, his big heart, compassion, will help others and his amazing talents in the kitchen. We will miss his laugh and love most of all.

Timothy is predeceased by his mother Mary Lou Waldner and father Raymond Sheehan.
