Sharon D. (Henderson) Tucker

Sharon Tucker, age 71, died on December 24th, 2020 at OSF Saint Anthony Hospital, Rockford, Illinois.

She was born on May 28, 1949, to Jim and Nadine Henderson.

Joined in marriage to Robert Tucker. They were married for 42 years.

She worked at Berol USA for many years. She loved going shopping,

garage sailing, going out to eat with her best friend, Jean. Their favorite restaurant was Sisters' Café.

She knew everyone who worked at Sisters and loved them all.

She loved going down home to visit family. She couldn't wait until the family reunions were held.

She is predeceased by her mother and father, Jim and Nadine Henderson, her husband, Robert Tucker;

her oldest son, Chuck Edge, her younger brother Ronnie Moore and numerous aunts, uncles as well as other family members. She is survived her son, Clinton Edge and 7 grandchildren whom she loved very much: Xavier Tinnin, Gabrielle Edge, Camryn Edge, Alex, McKenzie, Willow, Marshall Tucker, and great grand children Greyson and Jaden. She is also survived by her sister-in-law and best friend Lori Moore, whom she loved very much. They were like Bony and Clyde. They would do almost everything together. She also  had numerous nieces and nephews whom she also loved very much.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Sundberg Funeral Home, 215 N. 6th Street, Rockford, Illinois at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call on Tuesday, from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Burial will be in Willwood Burial Park in Rockford, Illinois. Sundberg Funeral Home is privileged to serve the Tucker family.
