Sarah "Sally" Jane Lierman
Born July 25th, 1937, to Verl James Davis and Ester Jane Thomas in Middletown, OH
She passed away on September 28th, 2024, in her home in Cherry Valley, IL
Graduated high school with a diploma for college courses at
Three Rivers High School in 1956 from Three Rivers Michigan.
On July 21st, 1956, she married Robert Lierman Sr. in Three Rivers Michigan,
They have loved each other on this earth for 46 years.
Sarah's hobbies included baking, reading Christian romance books,
working on her word search, sudoku books, and reading her Bible.
One of Sarah's lifelong joys was collecting porcelain dolls and angel figurines
another joy in her life was feeding her family. She worked in retail for several years
before retiring.
Sarah's greatest achievement in life was her family, being a mother was very important to Sarah, and she was a wonderful mother to seven boys.
Sarah was a loving and caring grandmother, great-grandmother, and a great-great-grandmother for 46 years of her life.
Sarah was a long-time member of St Rita Church.
Sarah is survived by her son Robert (Dawn) Lierman of Weaverville, NC, Joe (Diana) Lierman of Wauconda, IL,
Steve Lierman, of Wauconda, IL, Jeff Lierman, of Rockford, IL, Jeremy (Jessica) Lierman, of Cherry Valley, IL, Her 15 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, and 8 Great Great Grandchildren, Her brother David (Marsha) Davis, and brother-in-law Steve Baker, sister-in-law Linda Davis, and sister-in-law kay (Fred) Dudding and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Preceded in death by husband Robert Lierman Sr., sons Karl and Toby Lierman, parents Verl and Esther Davis, brothers Dr. James Davis and Dr. Steve Davis, and sister Debbie Baker.
Sarah's family would also like to thank her nurse Glenda with Family Home Health for taking such great care of our mother.
