Sandra J. Vazquez

Sandra J. Vazquez, 66, passed away at 1:22 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 19, 2011 in her home. She was born May 16, 1945 in Rockford. Married Humberto Vazquez and was employed by the IL Dept. of Human Services for many years. Survived by her husband, a son, a daughter, and many grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents and 2 daughters.

Memorial Service 5:00 p.m., Friday, Dec. 23, 2011 at 1522 S. Fourth Street, Rockford. Sundberg Funeral Home, Ltd., 215 N. Sixth St., Rockford, assisted the family.
