Michael Anthony Cantele born February 12, 1973 to Carolyn A. Northrup Cantele Schlee and Jacob A. Cantele entered his eternal rest on February 15, 2020 at Swedish American Hospital surrounded by his family. Michael leaves behind his Mother Carolyn & Father Jacob, his son Michael A. Lamb, Grandson Ben Lamb, and his step daughter Nikole Haffey and her children.  Two Aunts Mary (Lee) Hardy of Carolina, Barbara (Darwin) Walk of Machesney Park three Uncles  David (Marsha) Northrup of Machesney Park, Ronald (Sue) Northrup of South Beloit IL and Charles (Cheryl) Taylor of Randolph Wisconsin and numerous cousins that he cherished dearly. Michael had some very special friends in M.C. Barton, Curtis Sydney, who he looked up to as brothers and M.C. Moore Jr. Michael was a very proud dad and grandpa. He was a very warm loving man with a big heart and a huge sense of humor.  He loved making people laugh.  His favorite saying was “It can’t rain all the time”!  Michael is predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents, his Uncles Roger, Donnie, Ralph, James, and his Aunts Joyce and Karen.

A memorial service will be held on February 29, 2020 at Living Word Ministries, 7801 Eastmont Ave, Loves Park, IL 61111 with the Pastor John E. McClintock officiating from 1:00 to 2:30 with a luncheon fellowship following the service.
