Kandy (Cox) Sanchez

Beloved mother, grandmother and friend Kandy Sue Sanchez departed this world on December 5th, 2020, she was born Kandy Sue Cox on February 4th, 1962 in Dixon Illinois to parents Robert and Virginia Cox of Oregon Illinois.

Kandy enjoyed many things in her life such as playing Bingo, going shopping, going out to different local events, spending time with her family and friends but most of all she loved traveling and going to new places and on different adventures. Kandy had a beautiful soul that emitted a brightness that could touch and heal. She was stronger than even she knew, giving her strength in times of need, always trying to help those around her. Her light is not gone but rather continues to shine on through her three surviving daughters and their significant others Monique and Jose, Veronica and Ken, Josefina and James also including her nine grandchildren, Demetrious, Erique, YaDiera, Alexzander, Leonyd, Mia, Kentayvia, Kalieya, and Kayveon. Kandy is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Virginia, also her beloved fur babies Cuddles, Maryjane, and Baby.

Funeral service will be held Monday December 14, 2020 at Sundberg Funeral Home at 4pm visitation will begin at 3pm at Sundberg Funeral Home.
