Juan Carlos Benitez, 61, of Rockford, IL. died Saturday December 11th, 2021 at Swedish American Hospital. He was born November 5th, 1960 in Cuba to Juan Benitez Rosales and Julia Nancy Garcia Figueredo. He Graduated in 1980 from High School in Cuba, Married to Yolanda Marie Jass, on August 8th 1997. Juan Carlos was a beautiful landscaper. He enjoyed spending time in his garden and loved spoiling his dog, Chica and his cat, Pichichi!

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday December 28th, 2021, time 11:00 a.m. at St. Antony of Padua. Friends may visit on Monday December 27th, 2021 from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Sundberg Funeral Home, 215 North Sixth Street, Rockford, IL. 61107 or from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
