August 10, 1950 to December 18, 2021

John Michael Williams, (Jack) 71, of Loves Park, IL passed away peacefully Saturday, December 18, 2021 in his home surrounded by his loving family who will miss him dearly. 

John, the 3rd born of 8 siblings, was born August 10, 1950 in Rockford, IL, the son of Joseph M Williams and Marlyn (Fleming).  He was employed by Elco for 20 years and retired from Elite Fasteners after 25 years of service.  He enjoyed fishing, bowling, billiards, roller skating and was a diehard Bears Fan.  He was always telling jokes and loved to make people laugh. He also enjoyed dancing with Patty, his beautiful wife.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann (Fry)Williams, married for 37 years, on February 11, 1985.

Survivors include Tom(brother), Martha(sister), Jodee (sister), Lori(sister) and his children, John (Monica), Tammy, Lori (Joe), Kelly (Pete), 11 grand turkeys & 2 great grand turkeys. 

He is predeceased by his parents, Peggy(sister), Joey(brother), Sharon(sister).

A Celebration of Life will be determined at a later time.
