Dennis F. Cudia

Dennis F. Cudia, age 86, of Rockford, died Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. He was born on November 22, 1934 to Joseph Cudia and Marjorie (Lind) Cudia Harris. Graduated from East High School, Class of 1952 and the University of Illinois, Class of 1956, PHD in 1962. He worked as a researcher in Information and Entropy, Functional Analysis and Optimization, and Theoretical Computer Science. He is survived by Cindie Barrett Harris, Marion Barrett, one brother, Roger (Sandy) Harris, two sisters, Kathy (Jim) Greaves Harris. He was preceded in death by Phillip Cudia, Joseph Cudia, Marjorie, and Lloyd Harris and several nieces and nephews. Sundberg Funeral Home is caring for the family
