David was born September 19th, 1993, in Zapopan, Jalisco Mexico to Roberto Castaneda and Alicia Martinez.
David graduated from Guilford High School in 2012. His Tia Belen recalls at a very young age David obsessing over dinosaurs and his love for drawing them, all the while never knowing his love and passion for drawing would grow and he would become an amazing artist, leaving behind some of the most beautiful drawings that will forever be cherished. Even when his hands hurt, he continued to draw. He pushed himself to do what he knew, what he loved. His latest obsession over the last few years was drawing anything to do with Marvel Hero. When looking up the definition of the word marvel it says this- to be filled with wonder, admiration, or astonishment, as at something surprising or extraordinary. David, we have always looked at you in wonder asking how you do it? We have admired your courage, your strength. We are astonished by all you have done and overcome in the short life you have lived. You are extraordinary and you will never be forgotten. You are our "Marvel Hero".
