Connie Cay (Crawford) Crawford-Patten

Connie Cay Crawford-Patten, age 64, Rockford, IL. Passed away Tuesday March 1st, 2022, at Swedish American Hospital. She was born in Rockford to Richard and Jeanette (Hanson) Crawford Sr. on April 3rd, 1957. She was a warrior of West High School, Class of 1975. She enjoyed her time in the Band, Pep Club during her school years. Connie enjoyed working with special needs children and spent time at Rocvale Teen Home and Milestone. She went on to work at UPS until her retirement.

Connie enjoyed her all animals and especially her teenage cats, Heide, and Trouble, she also missed her fur babies who crossed the rainbow bridge before her. Connie spent her free time bargain shopping, fishing, keeping in touch with her friends from Summerdale, Roosevelt, and West High.

Survived by her husband, Jakie Lee Patten or 27 years, Mom and Dad, Sister Becky Lynn Crawford, and brother Richard Crawford Jr. Three nieces, cousins, and friends.

Funeral Service will be Saturday March 12th, 2022, time 2 p.m. at the Sundberg Funeral Home, 215 N. Sixth Street, Rockford, IL. 61107. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until time of service. You may order flowers and send condolences to sundbergfh.com.
