Walter Lukaszyk, 41, passed away in his home on Thursday, March 13, 2014. He was born June 30, 1973, the son of Stefan and Zofia (Michelek) Lukaszyk.
Survivors: his sons, Skyler and Austin Lukaszyk; mother, Zofia Muszynski; brothers, Steve and Michael Lukaszyk; uncle, aunts and cousins. Predeceased by his father.
Service 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 17, 2014 in Sundberg Funeral Home, Ltd., 215 N. Sixth St., Rockford, IL. Visitation at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until service time.
