Olga Kosowiec, 95, died 5:50 a.m., Monday, May 26, 2008 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born in Poland on December 12, 1912. Daughter of Emelan & Anastasia (Mikiolaicryk) Dubina. Married John Kosowiec in Poland, November 1929. He predeceased her on December 16, 1983. Survived by her grandchildren, Vera (Wade) Tallmadge, John Kosowiec, Alan (Kristine) Kosowiec, Susie, Stacy, and Jeff Kosowiec, Kristie (Sean) Burke, Michelle (Paul) Crane, Lynn (Brian) DeBendetto, and Lori Kosowiec. Fourteen Great grandchildren and I Great great grandchild. Predeceased by her four children, John & William Kosowiec, Vera Krodza, and Nadia Kosowiec. Also predeceased by her grandchild, Leon Kosowiec. Services 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 28, 2008 in Christ the Savior Orthodox Church. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
